I commend your arguments on Shawn's post this evening... you spoke for me as well. I was very tempted to join in but a lesson learned a long time ago came to mind... "Don't argue with a stupid person." He is clueless and just not worth the effort, though it scares me to think there are people out there like him. He won't be changed, but God bless you for trying.

Dude...I'm just learning about pinging. But I gotta at least say HI! on a level that isn't in your face confrontation over illegal immigration or the politics involved. You're a Heinlein fan, me to. You like Skynrd, Springsteen, SRV, Eagles, ZZ Top, Bob Dylan, and Arlo. Me too. We have much more in common than we do not. I also like Gather as a meeting place and I believe strongly people find reasons to get along much easier if they can talk. Peace my friend.
